Apart from your speed to take offense and (I presume:abnormal:) you calling me a presumptious(sp nazi 1) dickhead I'm astonished that someone with your professed length and breadth of Bali/Indo experience should be making statements/questions as rhetorical as yours now appear (in retrospect) to be.
In short, you should know better.

Lets push the boat out a little and, being a presumtious (sp nazi 2) dickhead, suggest that maybe business on the home front isn't what it used to be and that some presentation of in depth Indo knowledge along with the appropriate professional credentials on a forum can drum up some much needed lucre?
